This privacy notice is intended to provide transparency regarding what to expect when the Trustees of the Grosvenor Pension Plan, the Plan Actuary and Lane Clark & Peacock LLP (LCP) process personal information. It applies to information about Plan members, their beneficiaries and other persons associated with them.

Member booklet

Below you’ll find the member handbooks. There are 3 handbooks - one for each section of the Plan:

  • Grosvenor Estate Pension Scheme (GEPS) handbook - for members who joined the Plan prior to 1 April 2004.
  • Grosvenor Pension Plan ('Layers' section) handbook - for members who joined the Plan between 1 April 2004 and 31 March 2017.
  • CARE section handbook - for members who either:
    • joined the Plan after 31 March 2017; or
    • were active members of the 'Layers' section of the Plan on 31 December 2024, and moved to the CARE section with effect from 1 January 2025.

If you require confirmation of which section you belong to please call our dedicated member helpline where a team member will be able to confirm this information for you.

Are you a pensioner living overseas?

We want to make sure we're paying the right pensions to the right members. This is why, if you are currently being paid a pension from the Plan, we ask you to periodically complete the Member Verification process.

Lane Clark & Peacock (LCP) will send you an invitation, usually around September, asking you to complete the process. This invitation will be sent to your postal address and, where held, also to your registered email address (the email that you receive will be from [email protected]).

Update for members

With effect from 1 August 2025, Lane Clark & Peacock LLP ('LCP') assumed responsibility of the administration of the Grosvenor Pension Plan. This member announcement provides further information about this change.
